Comments: My thermostat went out, and I thought I needed a new air condition system, the service tech came out and replace the battery in my thermostat, I signed up for a service plan and that service call was free, great service provided my professional people.

Comments: Our air condition was running and blowing only warm air, we was expected to be in the heat for a while, but the service man had the air conditioning cooling in less time than we anticipated, plus he was polite and he also showed was how to use our digital T-Stat, we would recommend Full HVAC everyone.

Comments: There was nothing really wrong with the a/c system but i did get a recommendation that the purchase o a new unit would soon be needed.
Overall, the man send out was courteous and he explained in detail what he was doing, he said he will get an estimate for a new compressor to be purchase in the future.

not working, they call me immediately, came out this morning at 7:30 am (very prompt and on time) and got my system back up again, would definitely rehire again with no hesitation.

Comments: The technician came out right away and did a very good job, the problem was identified within 15 minutes and repair was done within less than a hour (broken capacitor after storm voltage surge) with check of refrigerant pressure, the price was fair, I would use Full HVAC again.
